HRD 301             3 cr.      Adult Teaching/Learning Process
 
HRD 310             3 cr.      Instructional Techniques and Technology
 
HRD 315             3 cr.      Computer Utilization in Human Resource Development
 
HRD 320             3 cr.      Dynamics of Working with Groups and Individuals
 
HRD 321             3 cr.      Designing Instruction in Human Resource Development
 
HRD 325             3 cr.      Communication and Human Resource Development (WIP)
 
HRD 328             3 cr.      Organizational Project Management
 
HRD 329             6 cr.      Internship and Seminar in Human Resource Development

 
HRD Electives    6 cr.      Each student, in consultation with the program coordinator                                                               and/or advisor, will select 6 additional credit hours of work. The                                                       selection of courses will be guided by the student's career                                                                   objectives and will focus on competencies relevant to these                                                               objectives. The electives will amplify and extend the core courses.

*A Minor in HRD is also available consisting of 18 credit hours: HRD 300, HRD 301, HRD 310, HRD 320 and 6 credit hours of HRD Electives. For SWK majors minoring in HRD, SWK 303 may be used to satisfy one 3 credit hour elective, making the minor 15 credit hours.
